I'm known as Douglas, Dougie or Doug (among other variations).
Health and wellness are my passions, my joy, my path to peace, my route to rejuvenation. My fitness journey has been filled with discovery, determination, discipline, creativity and most importantly, connection with amazing and inspiring people.
I want to help, encourage, and support those who want to be their best selves. . . to guide and engage on the wellness journey.

What Doug Offers
At FIT by Doug, we’re always expanding on our equipment to meet the needs of our clients. All free weights and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Virtual Sessions

With or Without Equipment
Virtual Sessions
Bodyweight cardio and conditioning sessions are always available for those without equipment.
Basic equipment for strength sessions such as dumbbells and resistance bands are appreciated but not necessary.
In-Person Sessions
Cleaned and sanitized equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls, and battle ropes are provided.
Sessions can take place at outdoor venues (including parks and fields) to the convenience and accessibility of the client.
Doug will travel to clients' residence for in-house (or outdoor) sessions based on client availability and comfort level.
